A jewelry specialist works in-house and will satisfy all your needs. The specialist is steps away from the production of your jewelry and can answer any questions or make changes to your order right away. Other companies do not offer this as they use sales reps which in turn must deal with 2 or 3 more people before they know the status of your order. Baron will also assign you an account manager. This person is dedicated to making sure that if you or a member of your group needs any re-sizing, refinishing, stone replacement or any other lifetime warranty repair done to the jewelry, that it gets done with ease and back to the customer in an appropriate time frame. With other companies you will see the jewelry representative at the time of sizing and 3 months later when the jewelry is delivered.
